JANICA M. MUNFORD LL.M.
Attorney Janica Munford brings over 10 years of legal experience to her practice. She provides assistance with trademarks, estate planning, business matters and real estate transactions. Janica practiced for many years as a litigator and counsel to several small businesses.
As a litigator, she observed the devastating effects of poorly organized and improperly managed business affairs. Janica realized the information and skills she gained over the years of practice should be shared with her clients and used to guide them through complex, sometimes overwhelming and unfamiliar business matters.
Similarly, Janica observed the confusion, grief and financial toll on clients whose loved ones did not have an estate plan in place. Having seen the impact on clients of nonexistent or poorly drafted estate plans, she now offers planning services designed to reduce the chance of future issues.
Janica enjoys helping her clients properly plan for their futures and become successful in their endeavors. She provides legal services in the District of Columbia, Florida and Maryland. Janica splits her time between the Tampa Bay area and D.C. metropolitan area. When not practicing law, she enjoys traveling, listening to live music and occasional gardening.
